Just discovered this beauty at a barn sale in Michigan. It is meant to be a floor cabinet where you put your manual/books on top, the top lifts up for more storage. The cabinet has some paint loss, and the top has a little damage on the front edge from use but it is fully functional and has three shelves and part/tool organizer in the doors.
