New old stock GM Right and Left seat tracks for bench seat GM A Body cars. Chevrolet: The right side is part 7712007 (also was 7799427 and 7726516) that was used for: 67-68 Chevelle 2nd design – 68-69 El Camino and 70-72 Chevelle (Olds and Buick just say 67 2nd, 68-72 F85/A Body). The left, driver side, part number is partially still on original tag and shows 76597xx. I did a lot of research and believe this is part number 7659762 which is 67 A Body 1st design exc El Camino. The description also describes this piece as having a’stop screw in upper’. This piece has that screw stop – seen best in the 7th photo just above the GM parts sticker. This part was replaced midway thru 1967 with 7712008 and, later, 3 other part numbers to match what I described above for the passenger side track assembly (2nd design). SO THESE ARE TECHNICALLY NOT A CORRECT PAIR, but take out that stop screw and you have the second series set of tracks. AFTER READING THIS, please do your own research before purchasing them. If you are looking at this, you know more than I do. They both have some light surface rust and one spring has a couple bends in it. Please look the photos over closely. NOTE: Not technically a matching pair – but very hard to find nice bench seat tracks from this era. Please re-read all the above and ask questions if it does not make sense.
